Planning and Zoning Applications and Fees

The City requires that all projects proposed use are compatible with the property's zoning.  The following items should help you maneuver through that process while ensuring all applicable zoning and building codes are complied with.  For some projects, individuals should consult with a contractor and/or architect depending on the difficulty of the project.
