Mark Neuman joined the City of Fairborn in January 1995 and is currently the Information & Technology Services Manager. He oversees Information Technology, Electronic Maintenance, Cable Administration, Fairborn's Government Access Television Channel 5 and the City's Official Web Site. {http://www.ci.fairborn.oh.us}.
Mark serves as Ex-officio member and staff liaison to the Fairborn Communications Technology Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Fairborn City Schools Technology Action team, the Greater Dayton Area IT Alliance, the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) and the Alliance of Community Media.
Mark has been involved in multi-media production for thirty years. He started in video production as a camera operator for Yuba College in California in 1977. As a Captain in the Air Force, Mark produced and directed a film series titled "Air Force Now."
Mark has an Associate's of Arts Degree from Yuba College, Marysville, California, a Bachelor's of Arts Degree from California State University, Sacramento and has masters work at the University of Southern California. He has received certified I. T. training in various topics from Network +, to Microsoft Exchange Administration.
Mark is married to Sherri and has two sons, Morgan and Spencer, and a daughter Maggie. He is active with the Maple Ave. Church of God and has been a Football Coach at Baker for over 15 years.
