From the Desk of the Fire Chief..

Welcome to the City of Fairborn Fire Department's website.  As Fire Chief, I'm proud of the men and women who staff the Fairborn Fire Department.  We are all honored and proud to serve the members of our community.  Established in 1950, the Fairborn Fire Department is one rich in history and tradition.  Today, the department strives to be an innovative and progressive organization in order to meet changing demands and continue to provide high quality services to our citizens and guests.

The Fairborn Fire Department is staffed with 52 full-time dedicated and professional personnel-24 hours a day; 365 days per year.  Fire/Rescue and EMS coverage is provided to the City of Fairborn and Bath Township from four strategically located fire stations, for a combined population of nearly 41,000 and covering 43 square miles.  Additionally, Fire Station 2 covers a portion of Beavercreek Township as a result of a joint-staffing agreement.  In 2008, the fire department responded to over 6,200 calls for service.

This website will be updated regularly, and will include additional information in the near future.  I hope that you are able to find the information you're looking for on our website.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or suggestions on how to make it better.

Enjoy your visit, and come back and see us!
